What about social distancing?

We are working with the venue to make sure we are compliant with all government mandates in place at the time of the event. As things change so quickly, we will email all registrations a few days before the event about any regulations or precautions they need to be aware of.

What if large gatherings are not allowed at that time?

We are hoping to celebrate with you in person this September, but in case that is not allowed at that time, we are prepared to hold a virtual event at the same date and time.

If we are forced to cancel the in-person event at the Bellevue Hilton, you will be given the option to convert your ticket to Gala-in-the-box, refund your ticket, or turn your ticket into a tax-deductible donation.

Will masks be required?

We will follow all required guidelines in place on September 25 in Bellevue, WA. We will email all registered guests a few days before the event to let them know of guidelines that they need to be aware of before the event.

How far do you ship Gala-in-a-Box?

Gala-in-a-Box ships to anywhere in the United States.

Addresses outside of range for hand-delivery will receive a gift card for the bottle of wine, to ensure safe delivery.

What is the shipping cost on Gala-in-a-Box?

Shipping is $5 per box.
